You install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and follow the instructions to the best of your ability only to find that when you try to access the CRM web site, it prompts you for a password three times then you get the message:
You are not authorized to view this page.

Microsoft has released Update Rollup 2 for CRM 4.0. The rollup includes all of the Update Rollup 1 fixes and a ton of important new fixes. This is a brief introduction on the multitenant architecture and features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. There is some confusion and mystery around hosting multi-tenant instances of MSCRM 4.0. The purpose of this post is to provide a summary of the functionality and issues. I’ll follow up by drilling down into the important issues around configuration.
