This is a brief introduction on the multitenant architecture and features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. There is some confusion and mystery around hosting multi-tenant instances of MSCRM 4.0. The purpose of this post is to provide a summary of the functionality and issues. I’ll follow up by drilling down into the important issues around configuration.
